The real world.
This is from That’s So Raven, where Chelsea and Raven apply to work at the same clothing shop. Chelsea is white; Raven is black. Chelsea gets the job, despite being utterly horrible at it, while Raven, who has a deep interest in fashion and knows how to handle clothes, does not. The girls find this deeply suspicious, so Chelsea wears a hat with a camera on it and questions the employer. The employer admits what she does in the gif above and Chelsea and Raven submit the footage to a news station.
And THAT is why That’s So Raven is the best TV show ever.
irewardmyselfwithinternets asked: Besides dying or physical/physiological torture, what's one thing I could do that would prevent you from smacking me?
It’s not you ben, it’s just that you have a face of a younger brother begging to be smacked. And that’s literally the nicest way I could say that sentence.
monalisafrank asked: If you could produce a reality show, what would it be about?
i genuinely think my life is entertaining enough that i would get my own keeping with the kardashians type show. except it would be on tlc. and they would have to subtitle a lot of what i said. mostly with asterisks.
youmaycallmegoddessdivine asked: HI ADAM. So I already asked this to Ben, but it's basically the best question ever, so here goes: Which of the faculty would you take on a road trip with you and why?
I’m gonna shock everyone and say that I would absolutely take Katie Klemme because she would make sure we had everything and were totally prepared for the trip, and also Ann Shanahan because I feel like she is a lovely conversationalist and genuinely enjoys listening when I talk to her.
kdessoffy asked: It's gender bending Musical Theatre Cabaret time! You get to pick 3 songs. Go.
FUCK AHHH THIS IS EVERYTHING
monalisafrank asked: You get to erect a billboard on Loyola's campus with anything you want on it. What do you choose?
Tina Belcher riding a unicorn while drinking shots of espresso.
literally that screencap is taped to our computer in the cafe at barnes and noble. its to remind us to always offer extra espresso shots to anyone who looks like they go to northwestern because college.
knope2024 asked: If you could go back in time Pensieve style, what memory would you go back to?
I think the Pensieve is best used to really reflect on things that have happened that you couldn’t grapple with at the time. So, to answer that, my dad leaving, coming out to my dad, the end of my freshman year of college. Just to figure out what was happening.
But a happy memory would be seeing Cinderella’s Castle for the first time.
